The scenarios for the exercise are based on flood response and chemical weapons incidents. It’s been organized by NATO’s Euro-Atlantic Disaster Response Coordination Centre (EADRCC) together with Montenegro’s Ministry of Interior. It’s the 16th field exercise to be held by the EADRCC, the first to be hosted by Montenegro.
