Among those countries were Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Serbia and host nation Montenegro. These nations have been ravaged by floods in recent years, particularly in 2014, when they worked together to provide disaster relief. The exercise is an opportunity to practise and reinforce those relationships.
